Do I need to hire a technician, or can I operate the gear myself?
For our Small Event packages, the setup is designed to be “plug-and-play,” and we will walk you through the basics during delivery. However, for Medium to Large events involving multiple microphones, live performers, or complex transitions, we strongly recommend an on-site technician. This ensures that volume levels are balanced, feedback is eliminated, and you can focus entirely on your guests.
How do I know which package size is right for my venue?
Package size depends on two factors: audience count and venue type. A room with high ceilings or an outdoor space requires more power to move air than a small carpeted office. As a rule of thumb:
Small: Up to 50 people (Indoor)
Medium: 50–150 people (Indoor/Small Outdoor)
Large: 200+ people or loud environments like gala dinners with bands.
Is delivery, setup, and breakdown included in the price?
Yes, all our standard hire packages include professional delivery and setup within a specific radius of our office. We ensure all cables are neatly taped down (cable management) to prevent tripping hazards and perform a full sound check before we leave. We also coordinate the breakdown timing so the gear is removed promptly after your event concludes.
Can I connect my laptop or phone to the sound system?
Absolutely. All our systems come with the necessary adapters for 3.5mm headphone jacks, USB-C, or Lightning connectors. We also offer Bluetooth-enabled mixers for wireless playback. If you are using a laptop for a presentation, we can integrate the audio directly from your HDMI output into our professional speakers.
What happens if there is a technical failure during my event?
We pride ourselves on reliability, but we always have a contingency plan. For events without an on-site technician, we provide a 24/7 emergency support line.
